You will get the instructions and details about delivery time, payment etc. by email.
You will receive a confirmation email after your purchase. If you have not received a confirmation email within 3 working days from your purchase, kindly contact us at info(at)gtie.fi. Kindly check that the order information is correct.
All the payments of DEAFMETAL® online store are managed by Checkout Finland.
Checkout is a secure payment method for you. We have a payment management license issued by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority. The service is maintained by Checkout Finland Ltd (Business ID 2196606-6) and Checkout Finland Oy is part of OP Group.
The Checkout Payments Service passes your payment to the merchant. If you see Checkout Finland Oy on your bank statement or credit card statement, we have provided your payment. The e-shop acts as a marketer for products and services and as a product supplier for the customer. The e-shop is responsible for the statutory and other obligations of the retailer. If you want to advertise or return your product, you should be in direct contact with the online store where the product was ordered.
You have the payment buttons for all Finnish banks. You can pay with the payment buttons of Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbank, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, POP-pankki, Säästöpankki, S-pankki and Ålandsbanken.
As a payee for your account, Checkout Finland Oy will display your payment to your online merchant. From the online store you are directed directly to your bank to make payment safely.
Checkout Finland also offers the option to pay via the bank transfer form.
Credit card payments
You can pay online with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Debit MasterCard. Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode authentication services are used online. Checkout appears as a payee with a card payment and passes the payment card payment paid by the customer directly to the merchant. Card payments are secured by a secure payment form, and payment card information is not stored in e-commerce systems.
Mobile Payments Pivo, MobilePay, and Masterpass are service-based services that can pay for online purchases as a bank account or as a card payment by accepting a payment in that application. In addition, you will be able to complete the Transfer Fees so that the payment can be accepted in any application that supports the Migration.

Delivery time and price varies between countries. If the processing of the order is delayed, we will inform you.
Please note that during sales period delivery times may exceed the estimated time.
Shipping to your nearest Post office, delivery cost 5,00€. Order will be delivered within 5 working days from the day the order is placed.
Local pick up from our workshop in Hämeenlinna (Puusepänkatu 5, 13110, Hämeenlinna, Finland) free of charge 0,00€.
Shipping with Postnord DHL, delivery cost 15,00€. Order will be delivered within 5 working days from the day the order is placed.
Overseas (e.g. United States, Japan)
Shipping with DHL, delivery cost 20,00€. Order will be delivered within 5 working days from the day the order is placed.
Please note; Outside of European Union, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
gTIE Oy or DEAFMETAL® cannot be held responsible for any damage or losses of goods by the delivery company.
Exchange and return
You can exchange or return the ordered item. In Finland you have 14 working days time to return the goods from the day you have received them. Outside Finland you have 7 working days time to return the goods from the day you have received them. Kindly notice that you will have to pay for the shipping costs for the return package. gTIE Oy will not refund the original shipping costs unless the item you have received is faulty or damaged.
Items should be returned new, unused and in the same condition as you received them. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Returns will be processed within 1-3 working days, from the day we have received the returned item.

How to return the item
1. Fill out the exchange/return form and if possible inform us through firstname.lastname@example.org about the return.
2. Pack the item you want to return carefully and make sure the filled out exchange/return form is inside the package.
3. Send the package to our address gTIE Oy, Puusepänkatu 5, 13110 HÄMEENLINNA, Finland and ship it on your own expense.
Please note that card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through gTIE Oy. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
The web pages where you as a customer insert payment details are secure pages. Most web browsers use symbols to show that you are visiting a secure web page. The personal details given will be only used by gTIE Oy in order to fulfill your order.
If gTIE Oy fails to comply with the argument because of unusual adverse circumstances outside of its control due to force majeure such as strikes, civil unrest, war or natural catastrophes, then gTIE Oy cannot be held responsible.
You must not misuse the website. You must not commit or encourage a criminal offence, transmit or distribute virus or any other material, which is malicious, technologically harmful, in breach of confidence or in any way offensive or obscene. You must not hack into service, corrupt data, cause annoyance to other users, send spam or try to affect the performance or functionality of any computer facilities of or accessed through this website.
